Our plans examiners provide comprehensive plan review services. We normally return complete residential plans in five business days or less.
We have a Master Plumber who performs inspections, trains our inspection staff, and provides plumbing plan review services instead of the MN Department of Health. This could cut up to 11 weeks out of the plan review process and significantly decrease the turn-around time for commercial plumbing permits.
We have state and nationally certified fire inspectors that perform fire inspections in conjunction with the fire chief, and oversee the rental housing inspection program.
Our Master Electrician performs electrical inspections in communities choosing local control over that inspection activity.
Our Sediment Erosion Control program assists the municipality in protecting lakes, rivers, and wetlands by keeping sediment from job-sites out of the storm sewer. This limits costly repair and maintenance on the storm sewer system. |
